Daniel Marcos

Daniel Marcos is the CEO of Growth Institute and one of the leading practitioners of the Scaling Up methodology developed by Verne Harnish. For over a decade, he has coached growth-stage CEOs and leadership teams across more than 20 countries, working specifically with companies in the $2M to $50M revenue range who are hitting the ceilings this series is built around.

Daniel is a graduate of MIT's Birthing of Giants program and has worked directly with Verne Harnish to bring the Scaling Up framework to more than 3,800 entrepreneurs through Growth Institute's certified programs. He doesn't teach theory. He coaches the specific decisions, rhythms, and structures that determine whether a company scales or plateaus, and he's done it long enough to recognise the patterns.
